Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on TDM Stemware web site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. All our prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept e-checks. Your order will only be processed once your credit card or e-check has been authorized. You may pay by check or money order but your order cannot be dispatched until your payment is cleared which can take up to 10 days.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. This product is in stock as displayed on our website. Means that the product is in stock at 9:00 am each working day, Monday to Friday, and if a simultaneous purchase is made for that product we reserve the right to be able to resupply as soon as the product is available.

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

Risk

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Damage in transit

If goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

Shortages

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Return Policy

We will accept returns for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, within 30 days from date of purchase. The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled. To return or exchange an item, you need to request a return authorization number. Do not ship the items back without a RA# as we cannot guarantee proper credit without it. All such packages shall be refused. To request a return authorization number please send an e-mail with your order number to cmercer@mercerimports.com. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred to send the product back for return or exchange.

Shipping

Packages are shipped UPS, DHL or FEDEX ground. !st and 2nd day shipping is also available. Please see shipping method and price when placing your order. Product will be shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner unless notified differently.

Privacy Policy

www.mercerimports.com does not collect personal information about individuals except when knowingly provided by such individuals. Personal information (e.g. name, e-mail, address, etc.) is stored only for the purpose of fulfilling orders or inquires as detailed in the order process on this website with the exception of a customer newsletter and/or promotion which may be sent by e-mail in the future. Recipients will have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to any such newsletter or promotion at that time.

Under no circumstances will personal information be shared with any third parties for any reason whatsoever.

You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information, (e.g. name, e-mail, address, etc.) on the internet, it is possible that such information could be intercepted by others and thereby result in unsolicited messages. TDM Stemware, LLC warrants to have taken all reasonable steps to ensure user privacy is protected at our web site.
